How long is the free trial?

You get a full 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card required to start. Just sign up with your name, business name, email, phone, and trade type — and you're in.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in the app. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Does PaidField work on my phone?

PaidField currently works in any web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — just go to app.paidfield.com and log in. Native iOS and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

The Starter plan ($29/mo) gives you unlimited jobs, unlimited clients, professional invoicing, estimates, photo uploads, online payments via Stripe, and a business dashboard — everything a solo operator needs. The Pro plan ($49/mo) adds team management for up to 5 members, recurring job scheduling, advanced reporting, and priority support.
Can I send estimates to clients?

Yes! You can create estimates with line items and email them directly to your clients. Your client receives a professional email with buttons to approve or decline. Once approved, you can convert the estimate into a job and invoice with one tap.
Can I accept payments through PaidField?

Yes. PaidField connects with Stripe so you can accept online payments directly from your invoices. Set up your Stripe account from the Payments page in Settings, and your clients can pay you with a link. A 3% PaidField platform fee plus standard Stripe processing fees apply per transaction.
Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase) with encryption in transit and at rest. Each user's data is completely isolated — no one else can see your clients, jobs, or invoices.
Can I import my existing clients and jobs?

Not yet, but we're working on it. For now, you can quickly add your existing clients manually — most users get their full client list entered in under an hour.
How do I get a refund?

If you're unsatisfied with PaidField within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, email us at support@paidfield.com and we'll process a full refund.
