By creating an account or using PaidField ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PaidField is a job management application that allows service businesses to schedule jobs, manage clients, create invoices, and track revenue. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period.
3. Account Registration
To use PaidField, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
5. Subscription and Payments
PaidField offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter: $29/month or $290/year
- Pro: $49/month or $490/year
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app's subscription management page.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, please contact us within 30 days of your payment.
6. Your Data
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into PaidField, including client information, job records, and invoices. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for data loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaidField and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure, after which it will be permanently deleted.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
